By downloading or using GenTheme, you agree to these Terms of Service.

GenTheme provides themes, wallpapers, icons, and widgets for personal device customization. All content is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

All themes, wallpapers, icons, and widgets available in GenTheme are original content created and published by LevQ AI Tech Limited. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of the content is prohibited.

We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the app at any time without prior notice.

GenTheme is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LevQ AI Tech Limited shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the app.

GenTheme offers optional subscription plans that provide enhanced access to premium content and features. Subscriptions are billed through Apple’s In-App Purchase system and will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Users may manage or cancel their subscriptions at any time in their Apple ID account settings. If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert into a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends. No refunds or credits are provided for unused subscription periods once charged.
