Term of Service for LevQ

This document outlines your rights and responsibilities when using the LevQ mobile application, developed and maintained by LevQ AI TECH LIMITED.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LevQ, you confirm that you agree to be legally bound by these terms. If you do not accept these terms, please discontinue use immediately.

2. User License

You are granted a non-exclusive, limited, revocable license to use LevQ on devices you own. You may not sublicense, reverse-engineer, or exploit the app for unauthorized purposes.

3. Subscription Features

Some features may require a paid subscription. These subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You are responsible for managing your subscription through your app store settings.

4. Intellectual Property

All content within LevQ, including its design, code, and assets, are the intellectual property of LevQ AI TECH LIMITED. Unauthorized reproduction or modification is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

LevQ is provided as-is. We make no guarantees regarding availability, performance, or accuracy. We are not liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use the app.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from your use of LevQ will be governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Users agree to resolve disputes through negotiation before seeking legal remedies.
